How We Get Your Buddy to You
We know waiting for your order to show up is the worst part. So here's what to expect once you hit that checkout button.
We ship across the United States, and for orders over $60, standard shipping is on us. Free. No strings attached. We also offer expedited shipping if you need your Buddy in a hurry — just select it at checkout and we'll get it moving faster.
Processing time is usually 1-2 business days. Once your order goes out, you'll get a tracking number so you can stalk the mail carrier in real time. Deliveries within the US typically take 3-5 business days with standard shipping. Expedited orders usually land within 1-3 business days depending on where you are.
We ship internationally too, but delivery times vary based on destination and customs. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict what those will be, so it's worth checking with your local customs office if you're outside the US.
If your package shows up damaged, let us know right away. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or another solution. Just snap a photo of the damage and send it over through our contact page. We handle these things pretty quickly.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you don't see it anywhere, check with your neighbors, your building's mailroom, or your local post office first. Sometimes carriers mark things delivered a day early. If it's still MIA after a couple of days, hit us up and we'll dig into it with you.
We do our best to get every order out the door fast and in good shape. If something goes sideways, we're not going to leave you hanging.
